SEO Agency Malaysia
Technical foundations, useful content and authority work tied to qualified demand.
Earn the search, not the screenshot.
Overview
Who it is for
Our full SEO programme treats search as a demand channel, not a rankings hobby. It combines technical foundations, content that answers real buying questions, and authority work, all measured against enquiries rather than screenshots of a keyword tool. It also accounts for how people now find businesses through AI answer engines: structured, clearly written, well-sourced pages are what both Google and AI assistants can quote.
Established Malaysian businesses in categories where competitors are already investing in search, and owners who need SEO to produce qualified enquiries rather than traffic. It is a poor fit if you need leads this month and nothing else, in which case Google Ads is the honest recommendation, or if nobody internally can answer questions about your own products.
What the work involves
What you are actually paying for.
Search and competitor mapping
We map the queries your buyers actually use across the funnel, see who currently owns them, and identify where you can realistically win rather than where you would like to.
Technical SEO roadmap
Crawlability, site architecture, internal linking, indexation control, structured data, Core Web Vitals and mobile behaviour, prioritised by what is blocking revenue pages.
Content and authority programme
Twenty keywords, two articles a month and twenty-five social backlinks under the standard package, written to answer questions rather than to hit a word count. Additional keywords, news publication backlinks and GEO placements are add-ons marked POR.
Lead-quality reporting
We report positions and traffic, then go further: which pages produced enquiries, which enquiries were relevant, and what we are changing because of it.
How it runs
How the engagement works.
Month 1 — Diagnosis
Technical audit, competitor and query mapping, analytics and conversion tracking verification, and an agreed keyword set.
Months 2-3 — Foundations
Technical fixes, page restructuring, metadata and on-page work across the priority set, plus the first content pieces.
Month 4 onward — Compound
Ongoing content, internal linking, authority work and iterative refinement driven by Search Console and enquiry data.
What to expect
In competitive Malaysian categories, expect the first three months to be foundation work with movement in impressions and average position, and clearer commercial return from around months four to six. Google's own guidance is that SEO changes can take months to show effect. We hold to that rather than invent a faster story.
Flat-rate pricing
RM4,000/month
No bundle discount theatre. Every confirmed fee is published on the pricing page; anything unconfirmed is marked POR.
SEO / Questions
SEO questions, answered straight.
What is included in the technical SEO roadmap?
Crawl and indexation issues, site structure and internal linking, page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, duplicate and thin pages, redirects and structured data. Everything is prioritised by commercial impact and tracked so you can see what was done.
How is SEO different from Google Ads?
Ads buy placement immediately and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO earns placement slowly and keeps compounding. Most Malaysian SMEs we work with run ads for immediate enquiries while SEO builds underneath.
What does lead-quality reporting actually track?
Beyond rankings and traffic, we report which landing pages produce enquiries and how relevant those enquiries were, so the conversation is about pipeline rather than impressions.
Do you optimise for AI search and answer engines?
Yes. The same work helps: clear question-led headings, factual, well-structured content, correct schema markup and cited sources are what answer engines draw from. We do not sell it as a separate product with an invented methodology.
What do the add-ons cost?
Additional keywords, extra GEO reports, news publication backlinks and backlink plus GEO placement packages are marked POR on our pricing page. We quote them per case rather than publish a number we cannot honour.
Do you work on national or local keyword targets?
Both. Local targeting concentrates on city and region-qualified terms plus your Google Business Profile; national targeting needs broader content coverage and more authority work, which usually means a longer horizon.
Who writes the content?
We do, with your input on technical accuracy. Your team reviews anything involving product specifics, pricing or regulated claims before it is published.
Will you tell me if SEO is the wrong channel for my business?
Yes. If your category has almost no search demand, or if your buying cycle runs entirely through marketplaces or referrals, we will say so and point you at the channel that fits.
